Located in the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains in rural south-central Oregon, the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) is teaching Manufacturing Engineering students what major metropolitan industry partners need them to know. In Portland, and at the Boeing campus near Gresham, working professionals also are earning OIT degrees in Manufacturing Engineering on a part-time basis while they participate in the industry’s workforce.
